Ingredients: Apple pieces, natural apple~citrus flavouring, citric acid, mate, sweet blackberry leaves, nettle leaves, dyers' thistle, sunflower petals and cornflower petals.
Amount of tea per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon.
Brewing time: Use freshly drawn boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes.
