A more gentle approach to Earl Grey, a full-bodied autumn Darjeeling married with some Chinese Keemun and the sparkling fresh taste of bergamot, orange peel, and cornflower petals. Our own version of the ever-popular Lady Grey.
Cup Colour: red brown
Amount of tea per cup: 1 slightly heaped teaspoon
Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 90C ~ 95C for 3 to 4 minutes.
