At The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our food products, we offer returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Ensure that the tea packaging remains unopened and the original heat seal is intact, as we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened for hygiene reasons.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage to the tea leaves during transit.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Send the package via a tracked service; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
